Lifetime Tennis was originally established in 1994. With six thriving public tennis facilities Lifetime partnered with Matt Hanlin and expanded its operations to Texas in 2012 to open The Courts of McKinney (www.mckinneytennis.org). This new 11 court facility added 12 more courts in 2019 making it the largest outdoor tennis facility in the region. Matt became president in 2015 and soon after acquired contracts with the City of Fort Worth (McLeland Tennis Center www.mclelandtennis.org, 16 courts with 2 climate controlled indoor courts) and in 2018 with the City of Dallas (Fretz Tennis Center www.fretztennis.org, 15 outdoor courts), and two facilities in 2019 with the City of Wichita Falls- Hamilton Park Tennis Center (12 courts) and Weeks Park Tennis Center (9 courts).
Matt Hanlin is widely regarded as an expert in his field by his peers. As a player he was the former practice partner to Serena and Venus Williams, an All-American at the University of Washington, the Schools winningest player of all time, and a top #400 ATP world player.
His directing and managing experience was honed through mostly municipal tennis facilities. Matt has been a guest speaker at the Texas Recreation and Parks Society annual conference, the USTA annual Texas conference, and the Dallas Professional Tennis Association annual coaches workshop. He has also been an advisory staff member for both Head and Wilson racket companies and a liaison for the USTA during their national convention. After serving on the board for several years, in 2016 Matt was elected as the President of the Dallas Professional Tennis Association, a non-profit org. decitacted to growing tennis throughout Dallas.
In 2012 Lifetime Tennis received several national accolades including 2012 USTA Outstanding facility award and 2012 USTA no 1. Featured Facility award, which Lifetime accepted at the US Open with the Mayor of McKinney Brian Loughmiller. These awards were followed by USTA Texas Organization of the Year in 2013, and USPTA Large Texas Facility Manager of the Year in 2015, and the 2018 Texas USPTA Lessons for Life (community service) Award and then later that year the 2018 USPTA National Community Service Award.
Matt's vast experience stems over 20 years from him having been hands on at all his various tennis facilities, Matt and his seasoned team have a complete perspective of any tennis business, from managing the staff, retail, player retention, programming, marketing, budgeting, etc. Lifetime Tennis is excited to serve your tennis management needs.

1.Identify the issue and find a comparison. With our vast resources and networks we will find a similar situation to demonstrate previous success or failure. Either of which will be helpful in finding the best solutions.
3. Initiate implementation. We have found our managing or consulting of new operations and strategies create a smoother transition period for all parties and enhances future success
2. Create a business plan. Depending on the issues this can often entail financial analysis and projections, incentive structuring, staff placement, budgeting, program restructuring, etc.
4.Comprehensive final evaluation. We believe in maintaining our relationships with our clients long after the contract has expired. By tracking the progress with ongoing dialog we can assure greater success for the client and we are able to absorb valuable data for future projects.
